Raj Sharma is a former chartered accountant with KPMG, business owner and property investor based in the West Midlands. Since creating his first HMO in 2018, he has built a seven-figure property portfolio, with experience across professional HMOs, supported housing and refurbishment projects.

Through Brahma Property and BOPP, Raj also helps investors develop their knowledge through networking and trainin.

His current focus is on moving beyond HMOs into value-add projects and creative deal structures, combining his financial background with practical experience of sourcing, funding and delivering deals.
