Priyesh is a Senior Associate of Investments at Prideview Group. He has over 18 years of property experience across both the residential and commercial sectors, having worked in a variety of markets both within and outside London. Over the course of his career, Priyesh has developed a strong understanding of the transaction process, with particular expertise in managing buyer and seller expectations, navigating complex legal and commercial matters, and driving deals through to completion. Today, his focus is primarily on commercial property investment, advising clients on acquisitions and disposals while also being actively involved in Prideview Group’s own investment activity.

Drawing on Prideview Group’s experience advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, alongside our own activity as a family office, Priyesh will share what is currently happening in the market, what buyers are responding to, where risks are emerging and where opportunities can still be found.

Using real case studies and current market examples, the session will look at how investors can better assess value, understand rent and lease risk, identify genuine asset management opportunities and position themselves to make better acquisition and disposal decisions. Priyesh will also share how Prideview applies the same thinking when investing its own capital and how its approach has evolved over the longer term.
