Mike Bristow is a founder, operator, investor and board-level advisor specialising in Real Estate, FinTech, PropTech and investment/lending businesses.
He founded and scaled FinTech/PropTech CrowdProperty, funding £1bn+ of UK and international property projects across multiple market cycles, and securing £500m+ of institutional funding lines from global asset managers, banks and public-sector bodies.
He is a Venture Partner and Investment Committee member at Pi Labs, Europe’s most prolific PropTech specialist venture capital fund with over 100 investments globally, and an active angel investor and advisor across over 40 PropTech and FinTech scaleups.
He Chairs a Supported Housing Real Estate Fund and a Conveyancing-Tech scaleup, is on the Board of CrowdProperty Australia, and a Strategic Advisor to various other businesses including a Dutch Home Equity Investment FinTech, a real estate-backed bond issuance platform, a rent-factoring FinTech, an AI building materials procurement PropTech and a facilities management PropTech. He has also raised almost £2bn of capital for investment/lending platform businesses and working on two other major real estate portfolio aggregation opportunities.
