Having built and operated Estate & Lettings Agencies for over 20 years, and having invested in property for over 25 years, his knowledge and experience has been gained working in real markets dealing with Agents, Vendors, Landlords, Buyers, Contractors and investors.
Mark has used his BLUEPRINT to acquire a substantial portfolio currently consisting of 90+ individual properties including residential, commercial, HMO’s, land, blocks of flats and a hotel.
Many of these have been acquired using LOW MONEY DOWN strategies with all negotiations through email templates from his LAPTOP.
Mark is now retired and financially free but remains very active in the market both as an investor and Property Coach running the LIFESTYLE INVESTOR Mastermind Program
twice a year.
