His experience spans the full property development process, from back-to-back sales, planning gain and refurbishments to property flips, build-to-rent projects, commercial conversions and new builds. He has worked both hands-on and in project management, overseeing projects from initial concept through to completion.
Joint ventures are central to Jack’s approach. He works with partners to bring together complementary assets, whether that’s experience, specialist expertise or finance.
