Harvey Carter is from Kingsmen Developments. They’re a residential developer based in the West Midlands, currently completing a two-unit scheme, with a further 13 new-build homes and a nine-unit barn conversion project in the pipeline for this year.
Harvey’s role focuses on sourcing new opportunities, appraising sites, and carrying out the research and financial analysis behind each project. He also leads on the planning process — from assessing what’s achievable on a site and shaping the right scheme, through to design and securing approval.
He has a particular passion for farm buildings and unique opportunities are what he excels in.
