Gerard Davis is a solicitor and the Business Development Manager for Talbots Law Solicitors, as well as the director of McCutchion Davis Properties Limited, a property investment company based in Coventry. With a legal career spanning over two decades, Gerard has also been actively investing in property since 2004. His extensive experience covers a wide range of property types, from single Buy-to-Let properties to HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation) and Serviced Accommodation. More recently, he has expanded his portfolio by purchasing blocks of flats. Gerard’s primary strategy currently is to creat uplifts in value through paperwork exercises as opposed to heavy refurbishment or development work.
