Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date. Any refund will be less the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred by us at the time of booking, which varies depending on the payment method used and will be confirmed upon request. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable; however, bookings may be transferred to a future event of equivalent value, subject to availability and our discretion. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
